Updating your billing details
Content also available for tax entities or on our global site.You can change your billing cycle, update your payment details or change your payment method at any time.
To update your billing details:
1 – From any page within Sharesight, click ‘Account’ from the top right of the screen.
2 – From the dropdown menu, select ‘Plans and payments’.
3 – On the Billing Details page, you can select to change your plan.
4 – Chage payment term between yearly or monthly
Note: Subscribing to a yearly plan gives you **one month free of Sharesight.
5 – Select ‘Change payment method’
Payment details - Click on the ‘Change card’ button, then input your new credit card details.
6 – Click on the ‘Save Billing Details’ button to save your changes.
