All Trades Report

The All Trades Report within Sharesight shows all trades in the portfolio between the specified date range.

The portfolio trades and holdings are organised by a specified grouping in the holding table, default is by market.

Running the All Trades Report:

1 – From any page click on the ‘Report’ tab.

2 – Click the ‘All Trades Report’ tile.

3 – From the dropdown calendar, select the date range you would like to run the report for.

4 – Click on the ‘Grouping’ dropdown to select the grouping you wish to view the trades of your portfolio in:

  • Market
  • Currency
  • Sector Classification
  • Industry Classification
  • Investment type
  • Country
  • Do not group (Holdings)
  • Custom Group - If you have already created a Custom Group, you can view the trades in your portfolio using one of these predefined customized groupings.

If you haven’t already created a Custom Group, you can click the ‘Custom Group Settings’ to set up a Custom Group to organise your holdings into your own specifications.

You can also click ‘Manage Custom Groups’ to edit your Custom Groups.

5 – Toggle switch to ‘Include adjustments’ if you would like to include adjustment trades in addition to buy, sell and opening balance trades on holdings in the All Trades Report.

Adjustment trades include stock splits, bonus issues, consolidations, cancellations, return of capital, mergers and adjust cost base transactions.

ATR6 Toggle off ‘Include Adjustments’ to remove adjustment trades

Click on any column heading to reorder the table by the contents of that column.

Click on the trade to edit the trade.

The All Trades Report can be exported to Spreadsheet, PDF or into Google Drive.
