Getting started with Sharesight Business

Getting started
1 — Add portfolios — track your own or your clients' investments by adding your investments into Sharesight. You can record all historical buy and sell trades, or set up opening balances and record trades from that point forward.
Note: If you have many portfolios to upload, use the Sharesight API to bulk upload.
2 — Verify and confirm — as account manager, verify and confirm all imported data and automatically generated dividends and adjustments.
3 — Keep trading data current — connect your broker via contract notes email or Sharesight Connect, or record trades manually.
Managing clients
- Add & manage colleagues — invite staff to access portfolios or create their own
- Share a portfolio with a client — give clients view access to their own portfolio
- Referring clients — invite clients to Sharesight
- Add a Macquarie Cash Management Account (CMA) — link a Macquarie CMA to a portfolio
- Maintain custom investments across multiple portfolios — manage unlisted or custom investments at scale
