The Future Income Report in Sharesight lists paid, announced and estimated dividend and interest payments. The report is calculated based on current portfolio positions and available data.

Note: Estimated data may be incomplete and is subject to change up until the dividend ex-date. The report is indicative only and all values are subject to change.

Report overview

The report can be run up to 36 months into the future. By default it covers the current date to 12 months ahead. You can also back-date the report to include past payments.

Payments are grouped into individual payouts with monthly totals. You can use the Groups feature to organise the data and apply Labels to filter it.

Payment statuses

Each payout in the report appears under one of the following statuses:

Announced

The payment has been officially declared by the issuer but has not yet been processed.

Pending Payment

The ex-date has passed, confirming your eligibility for the payment, which is still awaiting distribution.

Paid (Unconfirmed)

The payment has been recorded as issued but has not yet been confirmed as received in your portfolio.

Paid (Confirmed)

The payment has been successfully received and verified within your portfolio.

Estimated

The payment amount is a projection based on currently available information and may be subject to change.

Running the report

Date range

The report may be run up to 36 months in the future using the date range selector. By default the report runs between the current date and 12 months ahead. Dividend payments are rarely announced more than a few months in advance, so projected payments are based on available data and subject to change. You can also back-date the report to include past payments.

You can view all payments listed individually or as monthly totals. Use the Groups feature to organise the data, and apply Labels to filter the report as needed.

Table display

To customise the report view, click the Table Display button.

• Use the checkboxes to select or deselect fields and control which columns appear in the report.
• Click and drag fields to rearrange the column order as needed.

Confirming payouts

To confirm a payout listed in the Future Income Report, click on the instrument name to open the corresponding payout form.
