How can we help?

You can change your billing cycle, update your payment details or change your payment method at any time.

To update your billing details:

1 — From any page within Sharesight, click Account from the top right of the screen.

2 — From the dropdown menu, select Plans and payments.

3 — On the Billing Details page, you can select to change your plan.

4 — Change payment term between yearly or monthly

Note: Subscribing to a yearly plan gives you **one month free of Sharesight.

5 — Select Change payment method

Payment details - Click on the ‘Change card’ button, then input your new credit card details.

6 — Click on the Save Billing Details button to save your changes.
