The combined group expects $650 million in annual synergies by the third year, combined revenue of around $24 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $4.3 billion.

Berry Global shares (NYSE: BERY) ceased trading upon completion of the merger — each Berry share was converted into 7.25 Amcor ordinary shares.
