Missing trades — incomplete CMC portfolio

Why your CMC Invest portfolio in Sharesight may be missing trades and how to fix it.
Your portfolio history only goes back 12 months
The CMC integration only syncs the last 12 months of trades when you first connect. If your portfolio is missing older history, revoking and reconnecting won't help — you need to import those trades separately. See Importing CMC historical trades (older than 12 months).
Some recent trades are missing

Check your connection is still active — go to Account > Sharesight API in Sharesight and confirm CMC Markets Stockbroking is listed. If not, the connection may have been dropped. See Checking and managing your CMC connection to verify and reconnect.

Wait 24–48 hours — recently executed trades take up to 24–48 hours to sync through from CMC. If the trade was made recently, it may just not have come through yet.

Check if it's a corporate action or off-market transfer — some transactions like corporate actions, off-market transfers, and adjustments are not pushed through the CMC integration and need to be added manually. See Corporate actions for guidance.
