How can we help?

To change the email address that you use to sign-in to access your Sharesight portfolios, as well as receive emails from Sharesight:

1 — From any page within Sharesight, click ‘Account’ from the top right of the screen.

2 — From the dropdown menu, select ‘Account preferences’.

3 — Click ‘Change email’ under ‘Email address’ section.

4 — Type your new email address in the field.

5 — Click ‘Save’.
